Heavy and oversized freight sometimes exceeds the size or weight limits of standard dry containers. Known as Out Of Gauge (OOG) loads, they commonly consist of items such as agricultural and construction machinery, turbines, boats, and oversized metal constructions. These items can be extremely challenging to move. We supply a vast inventory of equipment to enable the safe transportation of OOG, from Open Top Containers to specialist equipment, including Roll Trailers and Flatracks for abnormal loads that are high, wide, long, or heavy.
Our Roll Trailers have capacities between 60-120 tons and are specifically designed to move heavy and oversized loads between ports and load and unload goods from cargo ships. We lease 40ft Roll Trailers and 62ft Roll Trailers globally.
Popular with companies that specialize in shipping OOG cargo, Triton Flatracks are ideal for moving heavy loads such as large machinery components, construction materials, and boats. They are constructed with heavy-duty steel frames, lashing rings, and thick plank floors. We supply 20ft Flush Folding Flatracks, 40ft Flush Folding Flatracks, and 40ft High Cube Flush Folding Flatracks for lease globally. We also sell used Flatracks in an “As-Is” condition or repaired to a “Cargoworthy” export standard.
