The best product, in the right condition, to meet your exact requirements

At Triton our scale and operational experience allow our customers to count on us to provide the most suitable containers for their needs, wherever and whenever they are needed.

Different applications require containers in differing conditions and we, therefore, provide a range of options, from “as-is” to new.

Our talented network of professionals worldwide ensures container conditions are constantly monitored, allowing us to meet our customers' high expectations.

Our containers are maintained to meet the highest standards in the industry. This includes but is not limited to:
Safety

Strict adherence to the current IICL (Institute of International Container Lessors) Inspection and Repair guidelines and Technical Bulletins, ensuring that our containers meet all safety requirements under CSC (Convention for Safe Containers) and ACEP (Approved Continuous Examination Program).

Surveys

A focus on estimate accuracy, consistency, and fairness is a priority and this is achieved through regular joint inspections/surveys with the customer or 3rd party survey companies appointed by the customer. In addition, regular audits are conducted which include physical inspections of damaged and repaired units, photo surveys, and regular estimate reviews on a daily basis.

Staff

A staff of Technical Professionals around the globe with over 200 years of combined experience in container maintenance & repair standards who are responsible for the oversight, training, and auditing of more than 500 repair vendors and facilities, to ensure that all standards are met.

Spearheading

As a leading member of the IICL, Triton continues to work within the industry to revise and improve the guidelines for inspection and repair as well as to spearhead new approaches to the electronic transmission of gate activity, estimates, and photos, and other critical information.

Typical product conditions

We can reliably offer new or used units on long-term lease across our global network.

Available for sale surveyed to our cargo worthy standard, or sold in “As is” condition.

Our new containers are built and inspected to exacting production standards.

Long-term leasing is a cost effective option for companies to rent containers at a daily rate, keeping fleet operating costs fixed, while preserving capital for other business critical uses.

Generally 11-15 years old when retired from service.
Still years of serviceable life remaining for last
trip cargo or domestic applications.

Our new units are positioned in markets worldwide through cargo-carrying one-way lease agreements. Upon arrival, they are inspected and surveyed to IICL. New Containers are built and inspected to exacting production standards. We use industry-leading design specifications with the highest quality components such as paint, panels and cross members.
