How Quality Assurance and Inspection Expertise Deliver High-Quality Containers
Triton's approach to ensuring consistent container quality.

In global logistics, container durability and reliability are essential. Equipment must withstand constant handling, long transit times and demanding environments while continuing to perform safely and efficiently. This is why quality assurance programs play a critical role in ensuring containers are built to the highest standards.

At Triton, attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process helps ensure equipment is built to stand the test of time. Through a multi-level inspection and quality assurance program, every stage of production is monitored and tested by our third-party inspection teams to maintain consistent quality across our fleet.

Key Elements of Our Quality Assurance Program

Third-Party Inspections: Independent inspection teams are present during all construction shifts to ensure containers are built using our strictly controlled, approved supplier list. These teams also monitor the pretreatment of raw materials to verify that proper procedures are followed throughout production.

Raw Material Certifications: To confirm the correct materials are used, samples are sent to certified laboratories worldwide. Niton™ devices are also used at the factory to verify materials.

Monitoring of Production Process: Production is continuously monitored to ensure assembly, welding and container dimensions meet required standards. This helps maintain consistency and structural integrity across all equipment.

Paint Testing and Application Control: Paint quality is monitored through laboratory testing of primer materials using DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) to verify Zinc content. PELT® (Pulse Echo Layer Technology) is used in real time to verify proper paint layer thickness during the application process.

Extensive Floor Testing: Internal and laboratory testing is performed on container floors to ensure proper strength and bonding. These tests help improve long-term durability during operational use.

Continual Product Performance Analysis: Triton’s inspection procedures are supported by ongoing analysis of container performance over time. Historical performance data helps confirm that each container continues to meet the highest standards within the industry.

Built to Stand the Test of Time

Through strict procedures, detailed inspections and careful monitoring, Triton ensures its containers are of the highest quality in the industry. This commitment to expertise, testing and analysis helps deliver equipment designed for reliability and longevity in global supply chains.
