Triton operates the largest lessor-owned fleet of marine intermodal cargo containers in the world. When our containers are no longer utilized within our fleet, they are retired from maritime service and become available for sale. Most of these retired containers are 20 foot dry, 40 foot dry, and 40 foot high cube units, but specialized containers such as reefers, open tops, and flat racks are regularly available for purchase.
Container traders have discovered that Triton offers quality products maintained at a much higher standard than that which is usually available in the marketplace. Triton’s high manufacturing standards ensure equipment is built to last.
Containers are most commonly available for purchase in "as-is" condition with no repairs performed, or "cargoworthy" condition wherein Triton’s depot network has inspected and repaired the containers to the cargoworthy standard.
If new equipment is desired, it is possible for customers to benefit from Triton’s outstanding relationships with container manufacturers. New containers purposely built for storage facilities and equipped with a lockbox can be delivered to many locations around the world.
At the foundation of Triton’s business are its people, and you can rely upon our depth of knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality equipment and service.
Triton has established wholesale representatives around the world to provide local language support across all time zones. We welcome your inquires by phone or email and are ready to discuss your wholesale container needs.
